Life doesn't always go so well, and when this happens it's really easy to focus on the bad rather than the good. Today has been a bad day, real bad. Probably my worst yet since Danny has been gone. I've been pretty negative about it all too, but just as I was logging on to my blog to vent my thoughts I thought about the good things that happened today. I had two angels in my life today. Adrienne and Mindy. I love them. They saved me today, and if it weren't for them, I'd probably be running away instead of blogging. So remember to look for your angels. Appreciate, love and thank them. They've been sent by someone who knows you, loves you and doesn't want you to run away. Thankfully they listened to Him when He asked them to help his daughter. Thanks for lending a helping hand.

My Little Man

Click this link to see Kolter's session from today. I'm kind of bummed though. I just can't see myself not getting professional portraits of him, like I've done for all my kids on their milestones, but Danny doesn't see the point of paying someone when he says I can just do it. He doesn't understand the difference between a professional and me. Let me just tell ya, there's a lot. I need to take a class or something, cause everytime I take pictures I get all excited and then I just get bummed cause they don't look like the ones you see that you love. Oh well, maybe I just need to get over my whole picture obsession anyway. I'm about ready to sell my camera on ebay to the highest bidder, so I'm not tempted to try and take pictures anymore. Man, am I grouchy or what!?!

What do you think?
So, I'm looking for a name, a good name for my photos. Although I don't have a business, I need a good name for a watermark, and I really don't want to duplicate what's already out there. For instance I've been going with Moments Photography, but there's already like a million of these out there. I was wanting it to be creative, but it seems like anything I come up with has already been used. Do I just go with my name or what? Someone suggested Noodles Photography and I'm just wondering what you think. I'm looking for some feedback, so feel free to give me any and all input. Oh by the way...for those of you who don't know, Noodle has been my nickname since I was a little girl. I just don't know if it's too, ah, noodlie for photography. Get creative and come up with a name for me. Maybe if you pick the name I go with you can get a prize. Ha, ha.
By the way, the picture has been turned to a watercolor. So if it looks a little weird, that's why. I'm gonna hang it in Kambrie's room. It'll be so cute I think.

Missing Daddy
Danny is gone for a long 12 days. Today was day one. How did we do? Oh boy, we miss him already. Bedtime was crazy and after prayers Kamz gave me a long, long hug and then said in her soft little voice, "Mom, I miss Dad." Then she started to cry. What a little sweetie. Daddy's girl, I guess. Little girls need their Dads. We love you Dad.

Neva Feva
Birthday Boy ~ Kolter Garyk
There's No Place Like Home...Or Is There?
Well, after losing Redick for over two weeks, Spike comes over last night and asks us where Red is. We told him he was gone and he starts thinking that maybe the dog he saw at his friend's apartment was him. He thought he really looked like him when he saw him, but didn't know he was missing, so thought nothing of it. Anyway, long story short, it was Redick. Crazy! They picked him up near the dorms (way far from home) and had been letting him live with them for the past two weeks. They loved him and really didn't want to give him back. I kind of felt bad for them, but at the same time, hey we had him for two years, they had him for two weeks. I was grateful that they took good care of him. In fact, probably too good. They let him roam the house and pretty much do whatever. He's having a little hard time getting back used to our house. I mean heck, he was bachin' it with college guys. Livin' the life. We're way glad he's back, but the question is...is he? Come on, of course he is, he loves the littles crawling all over him. Good dog Redick.

A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood
Funny...
Sir Cameron and Maid Marilyn
We went to a neighborhood party on Friday and we had to dress up like the characters that we were. Here we are...It was so much fun. Thanks to my mom and the making of the dress in one night, Thursday. I love you, you're the best! Also, thanks to Mindy for babysitting for four long hours while we partied. She even missed Ryan's game. So sorry. You're the best too. Love you guys.
