HI!! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog!! I lived in Missoula until I was 11 and then we moved over by Great Falls...30 miles west. Where are you from?? how fun!
I see what you mean about this picture Nat. The color does make the look on her face fit the picture. It is an interesting picture. It is hard for me to see her look sad though. I know it is a serious look too but I just love her smile and her brite eyes.
I'm so glad that everyone is liking this picture. I wasn't really sure if I did or not, that's why I posted it, to see what kind of response I would get. The more I look at it though, I just really love it. The way she looks and the style of picture and coloring all seems to just go perfectly together. Don't worry Cindz, she's not sad...she's just giving you "the look." ;)
I was just going to comment on Kambrie's picture again after checking out the blog again. I scrolled down and read your comment Nat. I was just going to write before I read your comment that I love that picture. It looks so much like one of the pictures people took long ago and they would have that same look on their faces. It really is the "look" that makes it along with all your choice of color etc. Your the best Nat.
You know some people say they look just like their dad, and some people say they look just like their mom, but everyone agrees that they all look alike. I guess they just must be a NEVA STUART MIX.
That's me. Mom. Just like I always wanted to be. A mom. A super mom, no less. Six kids later I realize that being a mom is the hardest thing I've ever done, and super certainly doesn't happen very often. There're no All-State Honors, no A grades given, no pictures in the paper or stats on how many diapers you changed in one day. No rewards if you can get your kids to eat their veggies, and you know, there really is nothing to say that you are doing your job as a good mom or not. And so you get to choose... okay, good, great or awesome. Me, I'm probably just okay. That's a tough one for me to swallow when I've always excelled in everything I've done. So I've found that the key is to start each day and give it your best, knowing that your awards will come in happy smiles, hugs with sticky hands, and "I love yous" that melt your heart. And you know, I guess there really could be no better award than those big brown eyes looking at you with love. So though it is hard, very hard, I just take it one smile, one hug and ONE DAY AT A TIME.
